Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notification: 1.1 Students or their guardians must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. 1.2 Cancellations should be made in writing, either via email or through the tutoring platform's messaging system. Refunds and Rescheduling: 2.1 Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule the tutoring session. 2.2 If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the tutoring fee will be non-refundable, and rescheduling will be subject to the tutor's availability. Emergency Situations: 3.1 In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or accidents, exceptions may be considered. 3.2 Supporting documentation, such as a doctor's note or proof of emergency, may be required to request a refund or rescheduling in such cases. No-Show Policy: 4.1 If a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." 4.2 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, and the full tutoring fee will be charged. Tardiness: 5.1 Students are expected to be punctual and arrive on time for their scheduled tutoring sessions. 5.2 If a student is late, the tutoring session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided. Communication: 6.1 Open and timely communication is essential for effective tutoring. Any changes, requests, or inquiries regarding cancellations or rescheduling should be promptly communicated to the tutor. Exceptional Circumstances: 7.1 The tutoring provider reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration extraordinary circumstances. Policy Agreement: 8.1 By enrolling in tutoring classes, students or their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation policy outlined above. Please note that this cancellation policy is a general template, and it may require customization to suit your specific tutoring business requirements and local regulations.
